Clean Up Crap is a cydia tweak thats erase all the unecesary

Syscleanpro is awesome it moves foreign voice (mainly used for
the nike+ app) and font files from system partition to user
partition which you can manually delete yourselves and it also
includes deleting langpack and retina images all in one cydia
tweak :)

Use Springtomize and disable a bunch of the unnecessary things.
That combines several popular tweaks into one app. I also use
CUC and it works great!
