Homescreen Wallpaper

Can you guys make an optimized wallpaper instead of Native one?
Because Native is so slow, it makes animations lags, etc.

That would be nice, but there are some things about the
optimized wallpaper that I don't like such as the Boss Paper
wallpaper. The wallpaper disappearing when you open a folder,
it's more complicated to set a wallpaper for home screen, etc.

Indeed, I wish there was an alternative to BossPaper, because
Native looks beautiful but it's laggy, BossPaper has some bugs
and it needs text white+text shadows if you know what I mean.
Maybe Bl4ck0ut devs can develop a new way of having a smooth and
fast wallpaper?

Ah, that's another thing. The "white icon labels". Sometimes the
gray text is unreadable with certain wallpapers. I don't know
about shadows though cause that's the main thing that made the
wallpaper so slow..

You can either have quality or performance... That is why
Bosspaper is like that. What I do is I make and compress my
wallpapers in Photoshop and use those so that the size is not as
big. Also NEVER use Retina (@2x) wallpapers on older devices.

But Bosspaper has that bug on folders and no white icon labels
:/, one more thing, BossPaper requires mobile substrate right?
Because that will slow down the device significantly!

Hmm, compress them? Does that make the wallpaper run better? And
if so how exactly do you do that?

Like for example when you save your Wallpaper in PS, you choose
the quality and how much you want to compress it (advanced view
I think). Just try it out lol.

They are larger in size. Instead of being 320x480, they are
640x960 which makes it a much larger file size so it will take
longer to load each time you go on the springboard, hence the
lag.
