       Clan Wars

       I have decided to Decline all the clan wars until our clan
       doesn't shape ourselves and establish it in the way I want on
       the server. Only after that we will start accepting the clan
       wars. No one except me will have the authority to accept the
       clan wars request until I come up with the further Announcement
       about this topic.
