       Monitor the EURGBP for a potential sell signal within the next
       day or two. Price action is below the slow moving average, and
       the moving averages look set to cross-down. Note also the
       position of %R, which is close to breaking below the -80 level.
       A break through here, combined with a moving average cross-down,
       is sufficient evidence to consider a short position.
