SERVER LAG is sorta starting to piss me Off

Bigens, I dont mean to be rude or anything, but can u fix the
freaking lagg on the server.
Or just find out the plugins which are causing the problems, cos
u basically cant do anything for the first 5 mins, then its just
a 10 second lag afterwards
SO PLEASEE
FIX IT ASAP, cause the server population is decreasing and
eventually ull have to take the server offline
AND WE DONT WANT THAT.
