       Switching mag 254 off

       Random question but as the title says....
       How do you turn the box off? I press the power off on the
       remote, blue light flickers but when standby is pressed on the
       tv it only goes off for a couple of seconds and the tv comes
       back on. ???
       It's as though the signal from the HDMI is causing the t.v. to
       come back on. If I pull either the power or HDMI lead from the
       mag box the tv stays off.
