Hi got my mag box today and have followed the set up video, i
added the first portal add and got d pay ur bill tight arse msg!
So i added the other one with the c at the end and restarted box
and it asking me for user name and password not sure what name
or password is needed?? I also got a note saying my mac address
has already been entered into system any help guys cheers

Yes but i got a note to say my mac address has been already
added and should work upon restart,yes had now tv before and
swapping to mag

Doubt it would work straight off because they need you sbox
number to add your remaining sub to it.. just a thought.
When I receive mine I'll be sending mac addy to admin as well
unless an admin can clarify this.

The all have that slip of paper. Unless you bought it with a sub
that's it until we are connected. You have done everything thing
right we just have to sit on the tight arse screen until they
get around to connecting us.
