ZGemma I55 help

I know that I am not the only one with a I55 that just refuses
to work. I have followed every instruction, pestered admins
until they ignore me and reflashed the box multiple times.
Still when I go into IPTV I get a blue screen that says
(tv)owners IPTV. I have no idea what is going on. I have been
told by admin that I have done something wrong, but they are too
busy to help! So if anyone has a clue, HELP!!! ??? My only
guess is that my sub has actually been Deactivated for some
reason, which would explain why I have done everything and get
no channels
