Zgemma h2h setup

Hi when I follow instructions to set box up get to the scan part
and doesn't find anything and get message saying advanced
bouquet management with a red cross saying cannot read data can
anyone help please

Yes and followed all instructions in box but when it says press
red and then number won't let me have to go into menu

maybe someone with more knowledge may be able to help you then,
but with little knowledge I have from fiddling round with this
particular model, and with the ipab menu not coming on when you
press the red button it sounds like a reflash, but don't take
that as gospel like I say someone more knowledgeable may know a
fix

Wouldn't mind but only got box today too. Did each step as it
says then scan and nothing b
Does us have to be in front or back to does it not matter

Thought so but tried front and back just to see if made a
difference. Do I just put in don't need to mount or anything do
I?
