Could I get some help off admin please. Im into my 2nd week of
no iptv now, I have 2 x 1 month iptv subs to go onto my zgemma
H.2H boxes and I followed all the update advice that was posted
to Facebook last week but I still have no iptv. The problem is
it creates the bouquets but there is nothing in them.

Am I not going to get any help with this? As I've said it's now
2 weeks I've not been able to access a service I've paid for,
twice!!! World class my a**e, if it's a problem you can't fix
why not just comment and say so? Can an admin please contact me
so you can arrange a refund thanks

A queue consists of the following:
Someone is First
Someone is Last
In between First and Last are Other People.
First,Last and Other People all require the same outcome.
When First has received the Outcome he requires, he leaves the
queue.
Somebody takes his place.
And so it continues.
Until Everybody has received the Outcome they desire.
Then they all live happily ever after.
Queues are not nice.
Lifes a bitch.

Queues are a bitch I agree but when there's no indication your
in one how is one supposed to react?

How does this queue system work though? Because I was one of the

You do realise there are thousands of members to get through?
Not just 1 or 2....and each reconnection is NOT a 2minute job?
Coupled with the fact the lads have REAL jobs, lives outside of
this,families etc.
This could not have been foreseen so unfortunately, its a big
ballache for everyone involved.Think how the people with 10's of
subs feel.
End of day its tv.Life doesnt revolve around it.

Look mate this can go back and forth all day with your holier
than thou remarks. What's not been made clear is if I needed to
ask for a connection! I've asked a few times if this is what I
need to do, without reply. As far as I was aware that route was
for all the people who had the now tv boxes and we're swapping
their sub to a new box. I didn't know, and still don't know if
that applied to new subs, alls I was told when I purchased these
subs was that the date I purchased was the password for the SBOX
numbers.

Barrington I dont think it is an issue with connection. I had
my Zgemma up and running, then it just stopped. The old board
had many others with the same problem, and the basic tone was
you are doing something wrong, and the admins are too busy doing
reconnections to help individuals. Im just hoping they can
catch up soon, and help the zgemma minority! ::)
