Mag connections

Where is the best place to find out about connections?
I understand and appreciate all the admin are busy. I am trying
to keep an eye both here and Facebook (which seems to be drying
up up recently) to find the best solution.
Any help.wpuld be greatly appreciated. I have a picture of what
is needed to hand,but some posts say they don't want a picture
but text format. Again just curious as to what is the best way
forward.

I composed a text message with the following -
SBOX *************
Please swap to MAG
Mac ** ***********
And then left it as a draft in my text messages.
When the FB post about swaps came up I copied and pasted to a DM
to Ste and sent it.
10 minutes later he messaged back saying done.
Make sure you have sent FB freind requests to admin before hand
so you can message straight away
