Zgemma channels not working since got box

I received a box from you guys 2 weeks ago and no premium
channels have worked, i also can't get a reply from anyone to
test the line.... can anyone help? I've done network test -
checked and restarted cam - turned off router and booted box etc
etc....

Check internet on box is the built
in IPTV plugin working

IPTV works, just not the premium channels. Got reggie looking
at it now
