No channels on zgemma

Morning. Anyone got any ideas please? Since servers went down
last week have only had FTA channels. Have restarted cam endless
times. Have had box and router off for 5-10 mins countless times
but still only FTA? It's a N line off elitesubs panel running
ipab on box?

Have u done network test mate? Menu - setup - system - network-
network test- green button how many green ticks

Is it green on ur panel? Do u know how to edit ur line?

Its at my dads. Just got there now. His panel is showing lkne as
green but not connected. When go into softcam on box it says no
cam on cam1 and no cam2 active?

All sorted now. Managed to install enable the cam and edit the
line so showing as connected on panel now 👍
