VOD on zgemma from now tv sub

I know it's a work in progress but VOD on a zgemma doesn't work
for me. Am I doing something wrong?
I go from favourites to Owners VOD, where there is a list of
movies but very few work. If they do work its not the movie
listed.
Also if it plays, I can't stop it, pause it, rewind it or fast
forward.
Is there something I can do? Or just wait for it to be finished?

It's work in progress mate but to rewind pause etc it's left
arrow rewind right arrow fast forward and ok to play pause not
proper buttons

Thanks Rocky. Those buttons don't work for me, none do. Is there
any settings to change?
