Zgemma

Received a zgemma 2 weeks ago but have no premium channels
working, it's the 4th box I've had so tried all the usual tricks
to fix but nothing

Same here mate, got everything working apart from the line. You
had any reply off anyone?

Rocky very kindly tried to fix it but couldnt, so passed it to
the boss man!

If your line isn't working there are 3 things to try first
before asking admin.
1) Check if your cam is on the right one.
press menu > info panel > softcam panel.
It should say mgcamd 1.38
If not change to mgcamd then press green button..
2) Network test
menu > setup > system > network > device setup > network test >
green button
You should have all 5 green ticks. If not you are not connected
to the internet
3) check your tuner signal
menu > setup > service searching > signal finder
Check to see if there is a good signal on tuner A
press right on remote and check you have a signal on tuner B
if not its either dish, cable, or lmb

I didn't get it off elite sub - it came loaded on the box so I
can't see if it's working or not

ah ok mate have you tried changing cam not sure what pika put it
in.
try menu > info panel > softcam panel press red to stop then
change it to cccam 2.38 then press green to start.
just checking if its in as mgcamd or cccam
