iptv on zgemma

Hi all,
I only really use iptv when the sly line is off or updating.
my VOD plays fine but the iptv stutters and freezes all the
time.
I am connected directly to the router via a Ethernet cable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turn off router for 15 mins

done the router & zgemma off for 10 mins didnt make any
difference to the IPTV. But it did clear the cache down.
is there any other suggestions?

Any Ideas please?
Any settings i can change to make it run smoothly ?
Needed more than ever with the Sly channels going off.
My friends is the same at her house, both have H2s with Talk
talk (safe turned off) she was with Sly.
