       Bio: Known as the Arashi Twins, these two brothers are almost
       always together. Kiba is the playful one, ready to draw out
       torture just for the fun of it while his brother Tomo is the
       calm collected one who tries to keep them on task. The twins
       always fight together and use their powers to strengthen the
       others power. They met Chronos in a bar and when they found out
       he was the current leader of CHAOS they decided to join up. Both
       happily work for CHAOS and want to see a world without the
       protective barrier.
       Weapons: Kiba carries a single handgun while Tomo has a scythe
       Power: Illusions, Kiba can bring the fears of their victims to
       life for a brief amount of time. Emotional Manipulation, Tomo
       can use the negative emotions of his foes and strengthen them.
       Telepathy, both can communicate with only each other.
