       Personality: Jasper is an energetic soul who loves to play and
       have fun. his somewhat blind innocence tends to get him in
       trouble.
       Bio: Jasper is both the Heart and Bane of  the small town of
       Azmarin. His high energy raises the spirits of the older people
       and annoy the guards and adults of the town. The people of
       Azmarin found jasper in the wilds near the town and took him in.
       together they raised the boy. When he isn't playing with the
       towns children or Gardening during his free time, jasper can be
       found helping around town. Jaspers ability allows him to
       willingly transform into a dragonic form and when the town found
       out they made Jasper promise not to use it in front of anyone
       but them.
       Weapons: Nemian Vines: Jasper through Jaspers ability he can
       manipulate the growth of plant life. His favorite is Nemian
       Vines which are as strong as steel with thorns as sharp as
       blades.
       Power:
       Dragonic Nature: Jasper can shapeshift into a large green
       dragon. in this form he can fly, has immense strength, speed,
       endurance. Jasper can also shift various parts of his anatomy to
       suit his needs. Jasper also has a strong sense of smell and
       sight. when using his draconic form Jasper cannot manipulate
       nature.
       Druid Sense: When not in a dragonic state jasper can manipulate
       the growth of plant life using his own life essence. Druid sense
       also gives him a sixth sense when it comes to plants and plant
       based entities.
