She shook her head with a light laugh. "I may have already had
a bag packed from the coronation day. I never got around to
unpacking it."

"Its odd, you've had your whole life prepared to follow miss
Queen and now...now instead your following some without any real
experience in the outside world. I've never been in combat or
anything like it." she sighed and ran a hand through her hair,
she wondered how anyone could expect her to pull this off.

Kira smiled warmly and gave the other girl a sincere look. "I
had my whole life planned to do what I could to protect the
person I need too. It's not like I was bent on it being the
queen. I have an inatne need to protect, it's not like I can
help it. Even if I wasn't a guardian...I probably still would
have been brought up in a similar mindset, learning combat ND
getting myself in trouble trying to do the right thing. It's
just in my nature."
She smiled at Lita. "I wouldn't worry too much about your
experience. You have others with you to help you through or
help you learn what you need too. And I feel right away that I
would get along with you and enjoy your company regardless of
your being the protector."

Lita nodded, her expression happy but with a serious glint in
her eyes. "Then I'll do my best to not be too much trouble to
you all!" she smiled and gently took the other girls hands. "I'm
happy we got to meet and that your one of my guardians." she
said.

Kira smiled returning the warmth in Lita's expression. "I'm sure
you will be just fine and we'll just be there to help.". As the
other girl clasped her hands a warmth settled in Kira's chest.
Her gladness that the one she was to protect was such a person
made her undeniably happy. She gently squeezed the girls hands
back. "I am happy to have met as well. I couldn't ask for a
better person to protect.". She smiled as she led the way back
towards her home.

others got back, along with wondering what the capital would be

It wasn't long before they were back to Kira's house. She
showed Lita inside once again. "Guest rooms are on the second
floor. Feel free to make yourself at home."

Lita nodded "Alright, let me know when the others return." she
said, figuring she'd get herself situated and have some alone
