The Gym

So who's exercising?
I've only done weights once a week for the last few weeks but
now I've bought a pushbike to do some cardio, I'm sick to death
of running and fancy a change.

I been running 6 days a week, furthest I been able to run though
has only been 3km.
I started eating Salmon now though, so I'm hoping cooler weather
+ more protein & omega 3 will get me averaging 5km. Been waking
up at 5 - 6 AM too, always wanted to be able to get up early.

My bro wants me to go running with him because he's re-joining
the forces but I can't be bothered.
I take vitamins, mine are 100% of everything plus iron, and I
take cod liver oil capsules which have omega 3 in them too. I've
got that well covered and it only costs about £5 for a months
supply for 2 people.

Still running. I'm also still failing at pushups. I need to get
my game on if I don't want to turn into a real expandomoib.

Yeah I'm experimenting with push-ups now that I'm getting more
protein too.
Have you tried the knee push-ups klem?

You should build muscle quickly now you upped your protein, your
body will change.

Yeah I wonder about it though, I think you gotta work really
hard when you lift\run etc. 60 min at least each to really build
large mass. I really wanna be able to do 100 push-ups, 100
pull-ups and one legged body-weight squats.
Hey, you should be able to do one legged bodyweight squats since
you squat your own bodyweight and more.

Yeah I do girl/knee pushups. Can only do 5 in a row. Maybe I
need to lift weights too.

I can't remember how much I used to squat, I think it was 2.5x
my body weight. I daren't try now because of my back.

I don't think you need to do weights klem, push-ups are a
compound exercise so they are really good for you.
Try to do 5 sets of as many as you can 3 or 4 times a week, it
might end up like this at first:
Set 1 : 5 push-ups
Set 2 : 3 push-ups
Set 3 : 2 push-ups
Set 4 : 1 push-up
Set 5 : klemobo explodes
But that's okay, do them every other day to be safe, if you feel
like you can do it everyday then you probably can; you'll know
your body better than websites. Also eat protein within 2 hours
of strength exercise, maybe a couple of eggs or biomelk with
protein cereal.
