       Description
       Bart has a muscular Athletic build retaining a somewhat skinny
       stature to better preform acrobatics.He has medium bright blonde
       hair,beautiful blue eyes He has very light white skin. He is
       usually seen wearing black clothing such as loose fitting
       pants,singlet Tees and leather jackets with a hood. He often
       wears a small pair of black combat boots as opposed to the usual
       slipper style of shoe most people prefer. He is a handsome man
       often sited in weekly scrolls as bachelor of the year.
       Abilities
       Bart is a self made man of many talents while he doesn't excel
       at things like math and physics he has a high intelligence and a
       creative mind thanks to these qualities he's been able to make
       his fortune as a writer. Bart loves to learn new things and
       retains almost all he learns with his near photographic memory.
       At a young age Bart had a thirst for justice and dabbles as a
       detective. Being quite the daring man he also excels in escapism
       able to find a way out of most traps. Due to his training and
       exercise he has a high level human physical condition in
       addition to being a Master martial artist specializing in
       Ninjutsu using the art of stealth and espionage. Being both
       wealthy and creative he has access to high tech equipment some
       made by himself others brought from inverters.
       History:
       Bart grew up in a small village happily with his mother and
       father with others of his kind until fire nation raiders
       attacked his village. The raiders burned the place to the ground
       and the villagers were slain as they tried to fight back. When
       questioned why they were killing everyone the raiders simply
       responded we've been ordered to kill your kind. Every house was
       set ablaze with the occupants dead all aside from Bart and his
       family. The raiders drew closer ready to kill the last remaining
       white family in the area. That is until a great and terrible
       creature spread its mighty wingspan and blocked out the sun. The
       black beast was none other than a towering Dragon-Bat a wyvern
       style animalistic  monster. Suddenly the demi-god like
       fire-benders seemed like tiny flickering candles when compared
       to the creature. The Dragon-Bat drove the fire benders from the
       village leaving only Bart and his parents alive. Before it left
       Bart looked deep into it's eyes and his life changed
       forever.When he looked into it's eyes he saw pure focused power
       and that power lay in fear.He thanked the creature as it had
       saved his loved ones and set him on the path of justice.To this
       day Bart still hasn't figured out why the Asian Fire benders
       were trying to kill all white people maybe it had something to
       do with the air benders also sharing the same Ethnicity as the
       non bending folk in his village.His village was murdered because
       all air benders are white. But not all white people are benders.
       Currently Bart works as a wealthy novelist & opinion piece
       writer. His adventure novels are wildly popular in all corners
       of the earth aside from the Fire Nation where all such books
       have been banned. He is often the target of fire nation
       assassins as his  opinion pieces often paint the Fire Lord in a
       negative light.
