       Bending status: Water bender, self-semi-taught, specialized in
       dowsing and healing
       Dowsing is the art of detection and perception.  Using it,
       Catalin can sense water around him including the water that
       makes up living things, passively in a radius of about 13 feet.
       He can actively extend his range but it is taxing.
       Likes: Healing
       Dislikes: ? ? ?
       Appearance:  Slightly shorter than normal, slender and small.
       Light skin tone, white hair.  Grey blind eyes.  White hair
       parted in the center.  Wears whatever his sister makes and gets
       for him.  Always has a hood that he wears up to conceal his face
       when he knows others are nearby.
       Semi-heavily scarred on both his hands, though his left is
       smoother than his right.  Heavy scarring on his earthen feet.
       Several scarred locations around his body, particularly at the
       sites where the experiments happened.  Usually wears heavily
       concealing cloth to hide them.
       Personality:  Very self-assured, reliant only on himself and his
       sister.  Not prone to helping others or accepting help from
       them.  Largely a loner.  Protective of his sister and their
       property.  Does approximately everything his sister asks of him.
       Relationship status: Available.  Not interested.
       Bio:
       Catalin and Corelia were born to an Earth Tribe father and a
       Northern Water Tribe mother who fled her people's discriminatory
       traditions in the hopes of fighting the Fire Nation before
       falling in love and settling down.  They never knew her, as she
       was slain in a Fire Nation raid on their home, eventually fought
       off by their father.  Stricken mad by grief, he took them
       underground in a labyrinth he built himself and experimented on
       his son in hopes of curing his blindness and giving him the
       power to Earthbend rather than Waterbend, which he saw as the
       weaker of the two disciplines, so he could go fight against the
       Fire Nation.  He kept him in line with threats against his
       sister, which he never would have done if in his right mind.
       One day, the father left and didn't come back.  When they began
       running low on food, they set out to find their way out of their
       father's maze and eventually came to the surface, guided by
       Catalin's dowsing.  Once free, they began their lives anew on
       their own, wandering and foraging, always on the lookout for
       somewhere safe to stay.  They recently settled in the Lower Ring
       of Ba Sing Se, the safest place in the world from the Fire
       Nation.
       Though their father's experiments did not succeed in their
       purpose, they did have some lasting effects...some adverse.
       First off, his feet are partially made of rock and are bendable
       by any earth bender, and they have no feeling.  Second, he has a
       tendency to get tired quickly and needs to sleep more or more
       often than others.  It was this tendency that brought him to
       eventually accept that going into the city was probably their
       best option.
