       Name: Mistral Tubalcain.
       Age:23.
       Gender: Female.
       Appearance: Tall, slender, willowy and reasonably attractive,
       with rather light brown skin and a kind, gentle smile.
       Mistral has long, dark brown hair partially tied back in a long
       ponytail, expressive, light grey eyes, and wears simple, warm,
       water tribe clothing.
       Bending Style: Water, with a focus on ice. She carries a large
       water canteen with which to use when no nearby water is
       apparent.
       Personality: Quiet around those she doesn't know, but generally
       friendly and polite. Mistral longs to explore the world and
       learn everything she can about its people and places, and has a
       generally innocent and naive outlook towards most things, having
       been brought up in an area largely without conflict. She has a
       tendency to be rather shy and nervous around those she doesn't
       know, or those she finds rather interesting/attractive.
       Bio: Raised in a peaceful Water Tribe village, Mistral left home
       in search of adventure and exploration a few years ago, and has
       recently arrived in the Earth Kingdom, and the grand city of Ba
       Sing Se.
