Johnson reportedly is now saying that he welcomes the
investigation from the Met, and that he hopes it will "draw a
       line".

I've just realised the irony of having a Boris Johnson thread in
the 'current affairs' part of the forum, when having a current
affair seems to be one of the few things he hasn't been proven
       guilty of.... :P

Not sure he's ever known where to draw the line, has he?
His tactics seem to be more like "oh look, a duck" than anything
       else right now.

Not a current one, but plenty in the past (including 2 on the
       side at one time).

With thanks to T. S. Eliot, from Coriolan.
       "O mother
       What shall I cry?
We demand a committee, a representative committee, a committee
       of investigation
       RESIGN RESIGN RESIGN."
