Hormuz disruption.

France's Finance Minister Roland Lescure revealed on Wednesday
that between 30 and 40 per cent of Gulf refining capacity has
been damaged or destroyed by Iran's retaliatory strikes, leaving
a shortage of 11 million barrels a day on global oil markets.

It looks like there is a 2 week ceasefire happening.
"Iran's Supreme National Security Council confirmed it accepted
the ceasefire proposal and its foreign minister said the
country's armed forces would facilitate safe passage through the
strait for the two-week period."
