$840 Billion Plan To 'Rearm Europe' Announced

"Dubbed "Rearm Europe," the remarks from the European
Commission's president came hours after President Donald Trump
suspended all U.S. military aid to Ukraine, widening the gulf
between Washington and Kyiv and going against the fresh
commitments of support from Europe for Ukraine in recent days."

Hungary has an election next year, and if Orban gets in again
the EU should probably kick them out of Schengen. If they're
going to try to block funding to Ukraine there has to be a price
to pay. It's almost impossible to kick a country out of the EU,
and NATO, but if Hungarians don't want to be on the side of
democracy then they have to be sanctioned somehow.

That's a little scary.
I wonder if they will also start conscription again.

"decisions are needed in the future that respond to a new
