"Trump has won in North Carolina and is very likely to take
Georgia. To win, Harris will probably need to sweep
Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin but Trump has an
advantage in all three."
New York Times is currently forecasting a Trump win, but this is
just a forecast.
Updated 8:35pm Pacific.

Looks like he did it again. What in the Kentucky Fried Hell
kind of country is the USA now? It's kind of like the first
Trump win, Covid-19, and 9-11 all rolled into one. Even if he
strokes out before taking office, JD Vance is nothing to look
forward to, either, and good grief, Elon. I've been getting up
in the middle of the night and drinking Ouzo or Drambuie and
taking strong cannabis concentrates for ages because of pain and
insomnia, but this time I think it's extra justified. I'm
probably not the only one.

Republicans have gained control over the senate as well with a
majority. The House is still too early to call but looking like
it will be a Republican majority, the Republicans have flipped 5
seats in the house vs Democrats only flipping 2 seats.
Last time Trump had some checks in place to control him, this
time around looks like he won't if Republicans gain control over
the house.

It should come as no great surprise that a Democratic Party
which has abandoned working class people would find that the
working class has abandoned them. -Bernie Sanders
