It didn't take as long as I thought: The city council melts
down and hits the national news right away, but that's their
problem.

The cops should be moving in on the Ottawa hold-outs today,
having distributed leaflets warning of impending action
yesterday, so there should be some screaming and crying on the
news tonight. Meanwhile the RCMP is playing whack-a-mole trying
to keep groups of trucks from blockading other border crossings.
One, headed for Windsor's Ambassador Bridge was intercepted and
diverted.

Looks like the 'protesters' are better armed than soldiers in
Ukraine. :D

Just watching the Ottawa protest but it is rather boring. At
least have a giant snowball fight with the police. These
demonstrators are humourless and have very little imagination or
sense spectacle. :(

The police are moving in now, and I'm watching it on CBC. They
aren't putting up much of a fight so far.
Edit: One protester set of a flashbang/thunderflash/firework and
was arrested, and the horses have just arrived on the scene.

It was a guy in a tin foil hat. I'm sorry but I can't figure out
how to post images properly.
