Suggestion for a Guild Organization

My suggestion is to split guild members into groups.
For Example Group A Group B Group C or any other names u wanna
call it like "The Lions" "The Tigers" xD
The Rankings wil go this way
The leader C9 is of course the Boss of every one and controls
everything
Then,Group Leaders=Guild Officers.
Then Group Members.
Guild Leader>GroupLeader>GroupMember
of course not everyone will be in a group in the guild
this reffers to PVP players amongst us.
Every group will work on their own tactics and formations and
can PVP other players and train together.
And all of the Groups together with the Guild Leader will work
on main tactics and formations.
Benefits:
Organized guild.
More event options such as Group vs Group events.
Motivation to PVP more and get better.

Interesting opinion, but i wuold more likely love to be
free,just talk on ts/skype, etc. :)

Really Nice idea, if it going to be like this it will be great
but i will suggest that someone more active than me should take
my officer place and i will be one of his group members, coz i
am getting more busy these days :-*
