Improvement

So here it comes.We all have less or more experience in
RPG,Guilds,Clans etc etc.Spread your words and share them with
every member in BeastZ.
What would you add to current guild?Remove?Change?Tell any
ideas,thoughts,bad,good things which comes to you.
I know one thing clear,to build up strong guild,you arent enough
to have strong leader and strong officers.Every even smallest
part must be working top,so it wont crash.Same as car,plane
etc...if you take even smallest part from engine,it gona go
down.
So to improve BeastZ and if you want to be part of
it,share,talk,discuss or give critic to those parts you think we
have.
Dont be shy,dont think your opinion doesnt worth anything (It
DOES) as every voice counts!Just talk and share!

thx and hope we improve , i got no new ideas at the moment but
when i do i will let u know , but for now i think we should
focus on our Guild Event and Recruitment -(Growing our Guild)-
of new Members

Today again was working on reqruit and hit same problem.Inviting
people and they get Guild Full.We have minimum 20+ members who
is non active alts,or players who play max few hours a week and
there GP is standing in 50-1k with no moving.In such way we lose
active people (today lost 2 BD lvl 30+ and ranger lv 45+) who
considering there level are main chars and would bring needed GP
a lot better than those alt/old chars we still hold.
So my offer atm is kick out all who have low GP amount,who isnt
online more than 5 days with no notice and all low levels who
staying low levels for like 1 week or so.We have people who
heard about us,know us and want be part of BeastZ...but are
declined cause of 30% of guild is filled with dead faces
