I'm 50/50 on this. As many of you know, i work in home health
care. That being I go to elderly peoples houses and take care of
them because they can't do for them selves. That being said I
have an 85 yo man I take care of 60 hours a week. He lives at
home alone. The ghost part is that his wife passed away 9 years
ago in the house itself. Ever since that day the family has left
the 2nd floor part of the house untouched for 9 years now. Even
the ironing board is out with a starch can and iron still on top
it. I work over nights when everything is silent.. I hear all
the creeks in the floors and walls. The fridge even makes noises
like its making and dropping ice.... but there is no ice machine
in it. Around 1am each night I hear noises like something is
trying to walk down the stairs.. creepier part is that on top
the 2nd from the stairs is a very long hallway that goes off six
rooms.. the light is in middle of the stairwell... so the
hallway gets darker the further back it goes, and at the end is
the last room and it is pitch black.
I also used to work in a group home where 4 guys would be house
mates to each other. This house was the worst... it used to be a
funeral home.. its about 70 year old building.. a lot of the
walls were closed off.. so there's random chiminys on the roof
but no fireplaces in the home.. at night time here you can hear
the pipes in the wall rattle.. I've even been told that
sometimes you can hear a ball bounce. This was from 30 years
ago, the owner of the funeral home had a daughter.. she had
bounced a ball day. She was found murdered in the home one day.
It came to find that no one ever found how she was murdered
because there were no signs of attack. Or and bruises or cuts..
no sign of any illness like strokes or heart attacks. So I
believe her spirit still lingers there.

Im so glad a topic like this was started, I love hearing
peoples' storyies about this sort of thing. Ive never seen a
ghost or an alien but I do have a couple creepy stories.
