World Guard VIP Perk W/ Limitations

Curious if its possible to set world guard with restraints to
just allowing players to only add/remove others from their
zones.
Not sure if there is a way to only having it where players can
adjust from where they are the primary owner on the zone and not
being able to adjust another persons zone that does not have
their name allocated as the primary.
~If not, Ways of having players from doing so.
-- Region Created with Name/Numbers/Letters. Ex : Region-
Dazerk5x34 Owner: Dazerk ** This would leave it up to the player
to write down their zone name and remember it.**
-- Disabling any form of Commands /Regioninfo or using Paper to
find the region. **Prevents other players from adding themselves
where they dont belong**
Would be a good incentive for VIP Perks... Also saves the time
from Moderators/Admins from having to keep adding/removing
people at moments notice.

I think this is a Brilliant Idea, I mean, Admins and Mods are
always busy with either projects of griefs they have to sort
out, and adding people to a place takes time off the things
Mods+ are doing.

Yeah, Only a good idea if we can add people to ONLY our
protection and not add ourselves to areas we are not permitted
to, great idea ;D

I don't think this is possible, as if you have the permission,
you would be able to modify every-ones region.

There are many plug-in extensions out there for WorldGuard. With
enough digging, this could actually be possible.
Step A:
- Give all players the node where they can add any member to the
region as long as they are the owner
Step B:
- Have a staff protect the region, then /RG AddOwner <LilTimmy>
From there, self explanatory. :P It might be possible now with
the basic plug-in; but I highly doubt it.
Great idea, though!

AJ, is why i pointed out only having perms to add members/
Removing perms to allow players to have access to any kinda of
region info identification ( They have to remember their own
region names givin from the adm/mod.. and having regions coded
as a series of numbers/name....
Snowy, its an amazing idea... how many times a day do mods/admin
get asked to add ppl ??

This sounds like a decent idea. But us staff will have to be
EXTRA careful not to add multiple players as owners or else it
could get ugly ._.
