Haha, yeah. Impaler showed me this too. :P
Usually when a badge is awarded to a player, it messages them of
their achievement.
Whilst the system was starting over a-new last night, I assume
it had a bit of an error.

though the picture only shows half the story, it says the
message was at 12; something pm while i got the email for it at
3pm....

Should it become an on-going issue (Past this case), I will be
sure to contact CAF support. :)
Until then, this can easily be dismissed and solved with a
simple click of the delete tab.
