Removing Missing LWC Locks

Long story short, I can manually remove all locks from a player;
although removing them one by one is currently impossible.
So if you want all your missing locks reset, just post your IGN
here and I will purge them.
This has been requested for quite a long time and I just figured
it out with Rob & Drags. :P So yeah, this is the alternative to
raising locks.
