Hello,
Below is a list of commonly asked questions please read the list
in full before posting in this section.
Q-Can I be a moderator/admin?
A-Just by asking you will not be given moderator or
administrator status. You need to prove that you are an asset
and then be selected by Mike, Nick or the community at large
during a community event where a moderator is selected.
Q-What do the colored names mean?
A- Dark blue is admin, red is a moderator, light blue with a $
is VIP (Someone who has donated or was staff before, ect),
legend is grey. Further information about this is located in the
following forum topic.

Q-How do I report a hacker/griefer?
A-You may report a problem to online staff by typing /helpop. If
no staff are in game please take a screenshot and log on to
these forums; then post in the Griefers/Ban Appeals section. A
link is below. Please be sure to read the reporting sticky.

Q-Why can’t I place a block here?
A-The area you are in could be a defined spawn region or is set
to a region for use by a specific player. If you require
assistance please contact staff.
Q-How do I get to X rank; how long have I been online?
A-You go up in rank by playing for a specific time or be meeting
specific requirements. More information about this is located in
the thread below.

Q-How do I fly?
A-In order to fly you need to meet a certain rank. More
information about ranks is in the thread mentioned in the
question above this one.
Q-Who is staff here?
A-There is a staff list maintained at the topic below.

Q-I need food; can you give me food?
A-Certain ranks can use /feed to feed themselves. Staff cannot
give out items that they do not possess themselves (OP in
items).
Q-Can you make me an item?
A-Staff can assist you in making an item themselves without
using staff powers. Asking staff to use staff powers to give you
something is not permitted. If you feel you have a special
situation please contact Nick or Mike.
Q-Can you set me creative?
A-No. This is a survival server.
Q-Someone talked down to or swore at me; help?
A-Please take a screenshot and PM a staff member or notify a
staff member via /helpop. Do not talk back to the person as that
may only cause the situation to get worse. Please let staff deal
with it.
Q-My question is not here or I need staff; how do I get to a
staff member?
A-If you feel a question should be added please contact me via
PM. Please note that some situations are handled case by case.
If you have an urgent situation and you need to get a hold of a
staff member immediately please first try a /helpop or use the
chatbox on the forums. If no staff are around please consult the
list below for URGENT problems such as the server being down or
lag affecting ALL players. If you yourself are having lag or a
non-urgent problem please use the normal ways to reach staff or
post in the Server(Game) Technical Support Forum.
