On 2nd though I say no. I remember my admin friend banned a guy
for being extremely rude and the next day, he found 7 bans on
his record (the admin friend did I mean).

I say no. Because people that are really young on the server
would ban this person because they ddin't give them a cookie or
some stupid crap like that. So yeah......
Plus, people who have a grudge on other players because they
were killed in pvp and would ask their friends to vote yes on
banning this certain person.
