Hey guys,
My IGN is pieguy888. As you may or may not know there was a
minor grief attack by a group of about 5 or 6 people on 4/21/13
on the beardcraft server (199.229.249.25). These griefers poured
lava over all of our houses. My friends that are still in the
server (jakepaul and rbtoxicizkaos) tell me that all the
griefers were banned so good job :D. However, I was
perma-banned by an admin because it stated I placed the lava
blocks when actually I was covering up all the source blocks. I
love this server and have enjoyed playing on it over the past
week or so and our houses are coming along well. If you still
don't believe that I am a good guy and not a scum-bag griefer,
you can ask jakepaul and rbtoxicizkaos, the owners of the houses
that got griefed. They will tell you that I am apart of the
community. Thanks for looking over my request and I hope to get
back to palying as soon as possible ;D

Being a victim, it shocks me how you became a suspect. :P
From what I have witnessed so far, Jakepaul and ''Toxic'' seem
like fine gentlemen.
Could you provide me with who banned who and why, exactly?
Bear in mind, our Staff have dealt many punishments over the
past eight months. It is always easy to make a mistake.
Convince us further your account's status is a mistake, and the
ban shall be lifted.

I have one question how was the lava placed? I'm pretty sure
users can't place lava.

It seemed to have something to do with a dispenser, I was not
really paying attention at the time because I was frantically
flying around trying to stop the lava flow.
I have a couple pictures of them using the dispensers and lava
but the files are too large to attach. If you could show me
another way of posting them I would.

Dear Nick,
First thanks for looking over my post. As for those who were
banned the names I know are the3d3v1l666, lexifier, and mar (not
sure if that's his full IGN). Im not sure who was the mod/admin
that banned them but I recall it being a girl. There were also
several others who were banned but I don't remember their names.
They were of course all banned for griefing the houses. If it
helps they were managing to place the lave with dispensers. I
have two pictures of them doing the griefing but the files are
too large to post on the thread. But thanks again for your
consideration and have a good one.

Nxck, I have spoken to toxic, pieguys partner and it sounds to
me like pieguy got swept up in a mass ban. he was placing blocks
to stop the lava flow and AJZ saw and banned him for it. I play
with both toxic and pieguy and will vouch for him in this
matter.

I was flying around and trying to help stop the griefers and I
did see someone else trying to put out the lava, not sure if it
was pieguy or not. Was a little too preoccupied to read his
name.

From what I saw, he probably didn't do anything like place the
lava, but stop the lava. I probably just read the logs in a
hurry, and saw that he placed a block, and #lava was right next
to his logs for some other block.
I do appologize for this, and I would like it if you could
reverse my ban ASAP Nick. Thanks ;)
