New "class" idea?

so i was walking around a town that someone on the server built
and i though it showed really good building skills, so i think
it may be a good idea if there was a new "class" (or whatever
its called) for builders who can use commands to spawn in the
harder to get blocks (sponge for example) or use things like
lava buckets for builds to make them look a bit better? i know
that letting them use lava is a risk with griefing and all that
but it could work?
maybe?
anyways it's just an idea i hope you will consider

There was a builder rank, The Old Days Of Beardedcraftia...
But I think there's enough ranks as there is. :P

woods, stones, decor, lights how many more kits do you need?
