Lava is annoying, but as it is a survival server I don't think
the time delay needs to be changed. If you fall in lava, usually
you aren't paying attention or you did something you shouldn't
have.

I agree jake. This is a survival server and people shouldn't
rely on tpa to get them out You die, you die. Get over it and
don't rage about it. Unless you lagged and somehow glitch
through the block, which has happened.

Well, some people who don't have the whole 8 blocks of gold are
kinda left out. A fire resistance potions with 8 minutes works
best for anything with lava ;D

The are the ones for regeneration 2 for 5 seconds or something
like that. The one with golden blocks gives you regeneration 4
for like 20-30 seconds and resistance + fire resistance for 5
minutes.

I disagree with this in part. It's not survival if you can run
away anytime things get slightly dangerous. On the flip side,
it is fairly inconvenient when I'm just bouncing around from
home to home movin' stuff. I would suggest, instead of removing
the timers in non pvp areas, simply remove the 'don't move'
portion of it. Allows us to roam our chests or whatever while
waiting for the 3 seconds to click through. Would also fix the
lava issue.. if you can't survive 3 seconds in lava, you were
already low on hp anyway.

Well thatxwould just ruin the point of lava being a hazard if
you can just warp right out. :p

Well Poke, the reason that was included was to make it harder to
escape PvP that simply PvP logging out of the arena. Plus, there
are many others reason why that is. If you fell into lava, it's
your fault for not being CAREFUL.
