I would say, when there is a break in school etc, tons of people
get on, WHICH THEN, leads to this. Yes the mods/admins will be
on and stuff. But when its on the UK cuz the holiday, as i know
tons of people in America, have different holidays. But in
summer mainly similar. Thats really why i kinda brought this up,
AND, for some people, they have no school on fridays aka they
have an extra day of weekend. Thats really it. Cuz when the
americans go school, when they come back UKers or people in same
time zone, will probably go bed soon so not much trouble. hmm
anything else?... Not really. But Ill be on BC for UK mornings,
evenings, rarely. I feel i just need to check on teh chat when
no mods are on, then i go off once one does come on.. Or admins.

With lots of people coming on the server during the holidays it
makes the sever need more staff as many players now come from Uk
and around Europe it means different times ones are brought in
this.
Because now we have enough staff to moderate America times one
people we have no one for Uk I think we have some people for a
small part of Europe but we also have no staff for Oceania which
is Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea and all this
area. Of course we have like for Japan but there is a huge time
difference between people in Oceania and Japan this is just my
personal thought. Hope this helps

I totally agree with you snowy, about only respecting mod+ this
is probably just because they know we can't do anything about
them. I think it would be great if 1 of the staff who didn't
crash that much just left the computer on while they were
vanished.

ok, as for mods on at all times, Where are you snowy and
Rapid??? Im on most of the time when you are complaining about.
When I leave normally Mike is in already. And Im sorry, but when
rapid is on, theres 2 mods on. I honestly dont see how MORE mods
would help. But, I do agree with giving rolemodels mute or some
such command. As long as you are willing to deal with the
backlash power gives you. I know nick gets complaints about ALL
staff member doin this or not doin that. Its the way it goes. If
you cant photobucket or imgur, for whatever reason, you can PM
me and Ill give you my email address, everyone can email

There is usually no mods on around 8am EST when i pop on for a
few after work.

Umm, not to be a burden, but these plugins are often mis-used,
getting a person muted for stupid reasons, like he is 'not
cool', or is 'annoying' when the individual wasn't calling a
problem.
When you have young children on the server, which MC is full of,
you'll get idiots, not all kiddies are idiots, of course, but
majority are.
I'll provide a personal example of a 'vote-mute' plugin that was
misused:

Simonzzzzz: Get them yuorself
Bigboi211: LOL I NO HAVE TIME
Simonzzzzz: I'm not gonna talk to you if you use caps.
timasaurus007: Hey Simon, just ignore the kid, his just being

Simonzzzzz: Yeah I know, minecraft for you.
Bigboi211: stop being mean!!!
Usukirule: yeh, you two are f*gs
bigboi211: LETS KICK THE TWO F*GS
"Bigboi211 has initiated a mute-vote on Simonzzzzz, type /vote
to vote."
Simonzzzzz: Wow, (censored) kids.
timasaurus007: I don't think anyone will actually vote to kick
you, you didn't do anything wrong.
"Bigboi211 has initiated a mute-vote on timasaurus007, type
/vote2 to vote."
timasaurus007: Just ignore it... Sadly there is no /ignore on
this server... -_-

Note: There was more chit-chatter, but most of the other
'kiddies' messages were left out due to over-using caps,
excessive swearing, or not needing to be implemented.
This was from a year ago, on a server, I had a screenshot of the
messages on my old PC that is now broken, however I have a
folder of MC incidents I wrote in word, I keep these to provide
evidence to back-up certain statements I make... A year ago I
had a lot of free time :P
So, as you can see, this isn't such a good idea when the
admins/mods get off, but if they're on, they can properly
supervise the situation. Just providing my opinion of the
plugin.

Agreed, these systems have been abused horridly in the past.
People find out bout that plug-in get a big group of friends
join in and then they have complete domination with votes ._.,
i've seen it happen alot. And what would happen if someone
popular on the server got punished? Would their friends start
voting against staff? Then those immature and/or young kids that
get so touchy on everything (like with steddyon earlier or
haileyrae101), they start putting up votes for someone cause
they asked them nicely to stop.
Like Timasaurus said, these systems have a ton of room for abuse
::)

I agree. Because some people like hailey want other people to
get muted because they killed her dog or some other stupid crap
like that. And a lot of the majority of green names on know
hailey and side with her only because she thinks the people on
are "meanies" so they get muted. Sigh.... If only someone gets
elected as staff that is almost always and has an actual life,
the server would be great without immature babies......

I agree. But what happens if theres no person-of-power on?
Nxck, is there a plugin that allows the chat to be recorded all
day for the server? This will always be a problem, and I don't
see any solutions. Most players on the server are sensible, but
I can see how this could be misused EASILY.
