I've noticed something with myself....

For some reason whenever somebody that is higher rank then
moderator is on. I tense up with using the ban commands out of
fear for some reason :'( It's making me feel inadequate, and I
think it makes some people think I'm too relaxed with the job DX
::) Currently I only get the reaction from gazkam, but I think
it might be applying to all the admins I come in contact with.

It's just making me feel bad over it T_T New/Annoying Players
can be running amok and I start doing punishment then an admin
joins in, I tense up, and the server continues to be a mess
until they deal with it >_<
God I'm just glad I got to rant over this. It's driving me nuts
and I can't seem to do my job as effectivly when there are tons
of new players "who do not know/completely Ignore rules"
Sorry if this makes me look like I can't handle the job, cause I
can, it's just really annoying to me :'(

you haven't been recruited as staff because we don't trust you,
and all staff as far as i'm aware of can be talked to and
learned with incase something goes wrong,
so don't hold back as staff, act as you see fit, you will
probably have a good reason to mute/jail/kick/ban people that do
something wrong,
and other staff wants a bit of a break aswell from time to time,
so perhaps they hold back cause of that,
so i'll say again : don't hold back just cause an admin is
online, act as you see fit to handle the situations 8)

lol lumpy. You have no reason to fear me buddy.
I only step in if I feel a harsher punishment or less of a
punishment is required. I generally won't just do it, I will
let you know. We all should be informing each other when
possible if something has happened previously that would give
reason for harsher punishment.
My deal as of now, is to stop the stupidity that runs rampant in
the server as part of that Iron Fist we so quickly abandoned.
The server needs order, if you are the only one on, you make the
call.
Also, /ban and /tempban are two different things. Be careful
with /ban unless you plan on them not coming back. An example
of people who deserve /ban instead of /tempban would be the 2
guys who came into the server a few days ago for the sole
purpose of griefing and being douches. Any entrance like that..
shows they have no intention of being a contributing member to
BC.
I was a bit nervous with my judgement calls when I first became
a Mod as well. I asked ID for advice a few times. Feel free to
do the same to any other mods and admins.
If the server is out of hand, mute and jail until it gets worked
out. I have yet to see it completely out of control where 1 or
2 jail/mutes didn't stop it in it's tracks, and then work itself
out.
I know for a fact a few people don't like me.. I don't care, I
follow the rules and guidelines we set and enforce them just the
same. It's our job. Majority of the server will appreciate it.

Its more of an irrational Fear I can not get rid of. Its not
like I have nightmares of you guys XD Cause if I did would I
have to get that checked.
It's just for some reason I'm afraid I'll get in trouble for too
harsh a punishment or something @_@. Meh, again irrational fear
I can not get rid off :'(

Don't worry lumpy, just stay strong... and don't worry, it kind
of happens to me once a year... but still. Yeahh... I don't know
what do say anymore.... but still yeah I feel as if though they
handle situations better.... well that would explain why they
are admins... :-X

Meh, thanks guys. Still tensing up though, but I'm still able to
control things.... Meh, might take a bit to completely get over

Pesonally lumpy, I think your scary enough as it is. If your
scared, it might just be karma 4 stealing my island. Jk lol But
really, it doesn't matter if you have power if you don't use it.
I know that not doing anything might seem like the best choice,
but it isn't. You're a mod 4 a reason lumpy-we trust your
judgement
If it makes you feel any better, lets just say I know not to
mess with id...
