How about we eliminate all player made PVP arenas. The area can
stay, but the flag be removed. Everyone has a chance at making
one, we vote for 2, maybe 3 and those will be the primary PVP
areas. Only accessible to the public if an Mod/Admin are up to
babysitting. Something like we do parkour, if enough people
feel like playing, we will watch it, to ensure rules are being
followed.
I think making every PVP area 3 blocks high is a ridiculous
attempt to fix the problem. Who wants to run in a small box and
fight? Using the environment, like high places to use your bow,
low areas to hide.
We simply have too many arenas already, it would be impossible,
with a full server, to monitor each one if a lot of people are
doing PVP.
So my suggestion, if you see someone flying or disguising in
PVP, take a screenshot immediately and please make sure there is
a name in it, if possible. Otherwise, chat is usually a dead
giveaway when someone is blamed for cheating. If this problem
continues, along with some occasional bickering about lost
items, I'd like to push for it to be removed. We will see how
the HG-type region goes, maybe that will be our only PVP area.
We don't need to monitor that a whole lot, except for flying,
since griefing and stealing is allowed in that region.

I rarely see complaints of peeps disguising in pvp. Most of the
flying complaints are directed at panda.
I suggest if she continues to fly we start getting more severe.
She obviously isn't getting the message about no flight in pvp.
It's a general rule for everyone, she says she was never told,
then throws a hissy fit when punished.
Deal with her, and the flying issue should become less of a
problem, considering she is the biggest contender in the issue

Well even though panda is a huge proportion of the flying in pvp
part, I myself would say that I have had fly on in PVP. But, I
do not fly around really. I usually have it on only to make sure
I don't take fall damage. Other than that, I almost never got
fly on.

I have fly on sometimes for the reason dan said. But i got
feather falling now. Also isnt there some kind of antifly mod
out there?If not ill gladly take to the skies and chase then
shoot the person out of the sky.
