Flying In Dome: A Perfect Example

Ladies and gentlemen of BeardedCraft. May I present this person:
panda060699
She has been flying and saying she was "spectating" or "not
flying" when someone was attacking her or she was attacking
other players and they defended themselves. Here a screenshot to
prove my point.

My suggestion: Move the PvP arena to the End, considering it
reduces your rank to a member. This will put everyone on the
same playing field, and prevent issues like this from happening
:I Of course if it can't be put in the end, we just have to
deliever punishment to people who fly up when being attacked and
fly down to attack giving themselves unfair advantages.
I would recommend having an admin confiscate any items gained by
using said tactic :I

If it was possible to be 100% sure what items were exchanged
during a PvP match, the items could be returned, and the
cheater, banned. It isn't though, but I'm not sure taking all
their items is a fair punishment, since we will be banning for
24 hours. Maybe it would really prevent the problem from
continuing.

I could have sworn there was a way to prevent flying in certain
areas. Panda had a near meltdown today because she wasn't told
she CAN'T fly in Link's new arena. So either we have to start
mentioning it more often or make the punishments for it more
sever. Sometimes an example must be made, and it pains me to say
that :I

or just do like the tree filled arena and restrict the height so
you cant fly

My pvp arena will be limiting flying hopefully. with the traps
I'll add to it like arrows, fire charges, etc. being launched by
dispensers by flipping random switches, you have less time to
get out of the way, resulting in you getting hit quicker -3-
But seriously this flight thing is a cheap tactic guys, almost
as bad as spawncamping. Flying up when your getting hit and
flying just out of reach with a bow is just cheap, sad, and
plain noobish. If your going to fight pvp do it fair and earn
your kills the right way.....
......or everyone is going to hate you for it.....

I am the one who made the flags for his arena, and I added the
greeting with the rules.
"No Flying, No Disguising, Items lost on death."
This was done before the Arena was even open and had warps set
to it. So the excuse, "I didn't know," is null.

How about we cover up the holes that lead to the top of the
trees in the server pvp arena. If Link wants to fix his arena,
let him do it then. But the server arena is claustrophobic and
you can't fly in the trees. So we cover it up and were golden.

It was the other day when i was pvping with ID and i attacked
panda and she flew away from me and ID told her at least 4-5
times to stop u can ask ID himself

I was there as well. I'm pretty sure panda is the one that flies
the most in any pvp arena. And not only that that I know of, she
was only jailed for 5 minutes. I thought we were supposed to
enforce the rules with an iron fist. I guess not.........
