       Upon your next log-in, you'll find only Moderators and
       Administrators can create warps.

       Warps will now be determined by a few factors, and then some.
       Before asking a Staff (Not RoleModel) member to create a warp,
       ask yourself the following:
       - Why am I requesting a warp here?
       - Does it benefit me, or the Community as a whole?
       - How often will it truly be used?
       After you ask yourself those three questions, the Staff member
       then has their own personal criteria to deny the request.
