       PVP Is Now Successfully And Safely ACTIVE!

       After mucking around with it all day, I've finally gotten PVP to
       work.
       This helped a lot after I changed a few settings prior even
       those.

       A few things to know:
       - PVP is globally disabled. Areas without regions defined still
       have no PVP clearance.
       - PVP is only enabled through /Region Flag (RegionName) PVP
       Allow
       To start testing one of the many arenas BattleArena came with,
       type /bg join
       (All of this will be improved in time)

       Oh, and at first I figured the only method was to flag each
       region made (560+) with /Region Flag RegionName PVP Deny.
       So to Staff; there's no need! :D
