       Avatar Patches.

       For the longest time, avatar sizes have been pretty crazy
       looking; stretched and cropped-out and whatnot.
       I have finally set standards on the sizes now, "Mega Sizes",
       which are resorted to:
       Width - 102
       Height - 116
       By doing this, it also reduces strain on bandwidth.
       Just another effort to make the Forums look much cleaner. :)
       That all said, we'll all need to re-upload our avatars.
