       We've had quite a big update today, long overdue. :P
       With many patches, improvements, and whatever else, lets get
       started:
       - Being the Bookshelf plug-in is new and potentially harmful,
       it's enabled for only VIP right now.
       After a few days of testing and stuff, hopefully then will it be
       available to Trusted.
       - Plugin list updated
       - Perm nodes added for BookShelf
       - LWC protections added for BookShelf
       - NoCheatPlus flying DC tweaked
       - Repair Signs can be used, not created or broken
       (Gazkam has one in his shop, I will need to remake)
       - Buycraft updated
       - Coreprotect updated
       - VIP can now disguise as the following:
       Grass Block
       Stone Block
       Minecart Vehicle
       Boat Vehicle
       (Don't abuse it, perms can be remove individually; as always)
       - Essentials PVP config enabled to where only players with the
       associated perm can PVP in a flagged area from WorldGuard
       (Yet to test)
       - Jobs Farmer sugarcane exploit patched
       - Lottery Updated
       - LWC protections list updated
       - Advertising methods broadened
       And still updates even on the Forum here.

       I coded in the wrong perm nodes for the vehicle and block
       disguises.
       Later tonight -> tomorrow I will restore the correct
       permissions.
       I think we've all seen enough restarts, for the day. :P
