I'd like to suggest an improved or upgraded builder rank,
requiring admin approval of builds.
Main reasons:
Bigger better builds
Higher requirements mean more epic projects to get the rank
Perks?
Fly command
Basic material kits
/wools
/stones
/woods
/dirt
/sand and sandstone
you get the idea. Just a suggestion. :)

Fly is a vip perk and Nick wishes to keep the server
legitimate.... i personally think builder rank is useless

I like the idea, George! :)
But like Daz said, I think VIP will stay a donation perk to keep
everyone not so OP, haha.
The Builder rank was only truly introduced because I felt like
BeardedCraft became "RankUpCraft" once I introduced the ranks.
:P
From there however, it's nice to award players who build amazing
structures with a creative imagination -- Like yours.

In my opinion the way you get builder is a joke. People are just
bribing others to sign books, it's not really having much to do
with building cool shit anymore. But there should be a builder
rank that is HARD to get... You have to be good, and build
things for the server... Obviously if you're going to build big
things you are going to need the fly command... But currently I
agree with Daz, builder rank is useless...

Completionist should just replace the builder rank. Add the 5
votes to it too

I think instead of /tools or other command rewards we should
have an ingame hall of fame or monument where if you do build
somthing amazing you get recongition there and can have your
name and the /warp posted for all to see. Maybe based on the
build the sign can be placed on different blocks. Iron for ok,
Gold for better. Diamond for amazing, and Emerald for
Outstanding. or somethign like that.

Another key factor being dumbing down the ranks was it became
too much effort for such a silly system.
Manually adding kits applied to this.
