RuthlessFury's ban Appeal

First off, I would like to apologize to Dorion for the
disrespect I showed him before I was banned, I could have had
the decency to show him a little respect when he confronted me.
I was banned several days ago for using xray exploits. I was
wrong, and honestly didnt need to use them, I was pretty well
off. However, it was stupid of me to use the exploit in the
first place, much less use it fewer than 100 blocks from the
Amped World spawn. Now, I understand that the punishment for
using such mods is a Permanent ban, I would like to, however,
talk about the possibility of getting my ban shortened, even to
several months. If that is not an acceptable agreement, then
Live To Craft will forever be my favorite server, even if I can
no longer play on it.
I am not sure what else to say except for Sorry again, Dorion!

Well, this has literally been my main stressor the past couple
of days. Im glad I got this up. Ill check on this in the mornin
in hopes of a reply, good or bad.

Evening Geeky.
I know I`m Not staff. But there a rules for reason. You did
disrespect a staff member when confronted of breaking another
rule.
I personally think your ban should be shortened depending on how
bad the dis respectfulness was to Dorion. This has nothing to
do with you being a player that's been around for sometime. You
have your moments just like others. Heck i even have my moments.
But Xraying then Being disrespectful to a fellow staff member.
By the sounds you were trying not to get banned. We all have the
right to justify. But being Disrespectful does not fall into
that category. Staff earned there rank for a reason. Not for
making fake
accusations.This does not sound like the Player i have learned
to Know. We slip we slide. its the grip on the rules that keeps
on the ground.
Take a break while this punishment is being delt to get some
grip. So you don't Slip Again. also try typing up a Proper
apology to Dorion no one
wants to be disrespected. It comes into factor that You do the
crime, you do the time. Punishments are made to teach people a
lesson. I hope you learn it and Remember it well.
Even the great ones fall at one point. But its the way they get
up that Amazes us the most. Rules keep us up. Obey. Or Disobey
Your choice..... our rules
I wish you luck in always this leads to.

You seem sincere enough but having found out that this was your
2nd chance, I can't see you getting unbanned.

This wasnt my second chance? I believe awhile back I used fly,
and they asked me to stop, but this is my first ban on LTC.

It is a second chance in the way that you could've easily been
banned, but we were nice enough to let you still play as you
seemed like a nice player and all that. Using xray even after
being warned of not using hacks, such as fly, clearly shows me
that you don't care and you don't wanna follow the rules,
especially with your reaction when I was about to ban you. I
could talk about it to other staffs, but I'm sure most of them
will agree.

Thank you for your reply! I completely understand your reasoning
behind this, I think other staff will agree as well.

All i ask, if i am not unbanned: Sell my property for as much as
possible (excluding the zombie farm) and add it to the lottery
pot, try to break a record 😄
