Opinions needed!

Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy guys :33 Snowy here! I know I
haven't been on the fourms for ages! I know i haven't been on
the server for a while and thats what I'm here about..
I don't know if I should retire from being a mod...
I said it! Yup! I finally said it! But I'm really torn from
being a mod or not. Like I've been everywhere, to other games,
popping on sometimes, writing things and school work. I'm
currently on my most important year in my school, where I pick
my choices on what exams(GSCEs) I'm going to take, aka in year 9
(if you understand at all). And well I feel I'm not doing my job
on LTC correctly, it seems I'm not a committed as I was. I want
to continue, but the problem is, I get soo into a game, I forget
all my other games! And also when I do what to go on Minecraft,
my launcher seems to hate me and not let me open up Minecraft.
But I do love being on this server, and if I continue the way I
am, I feel I'm just wasting space for someone else who is
committed for the server and should be mod instead. But
overall.. If many people want me to stay, then maybe I'll try
and make sure I give time to LTC (I would need someone to poke
me to get me on the server.. I have too many other games!) If
not, then I will retire, for now it is unknown!
Also, with your opinions, I would want a good reason to your
answer, Now don't be afraid if you think you are going to offend
me, not to worry, I've been through a lot so I can take it! It's
just I'm so torn. I love this server to bits and I feel I would
be just extra baggage if I continue the way I am.. So yea..
Deadline.. January 6th 2014! When I come home from school on
that day, I'll post the results! :33

I'd say step down from being a mod. I had this same dilemma when
I was trying to decide whether to continue to be an admin, and
as much as it sucks to do so, you opening up the spot for
someone who can dedicate more time to playing would be better
for the server as a whole. Even someone "poking you" to get on
really isn't enough; someone else who is dedicated to playing
for at least an hour everyday because he or she wants to, not
because they've been pushed to (which could potentially make
playing a chore, and it shouldn't be), would be a better fit.
Of course, that doesn't mean you can't still play as a regular
member! I pop on when I've got the time. You miss your extra
commands, but you live. :P And I've discovered that you still
get exuberant greetings a lot of times when you log in, big "we
missed you!"s, which leaves you feeling warm and fuzzy...
In any case, it's up to you, but I do have to say you were a
great mod when you were on more regularly, Snowy. It was fun
layin' down the law with you. ;) Hope all goes well whatever you
choose to do!

Snowy, If you feel that you can't hold you moderator position
and responsibilities fully, especially because of things in your
life I'm pretty sure the server will understand. It'll be sad to
see you leave as staff, but when you do get on occasionally and
still have the mod instinct to help out XD you can probably
settle for assistant. I hope that ID would do that. Well gg wp
and gl ;D
